HI-Fi Amp Issues

Question

Hi Tere...I need some help please....I have a 5.1 Hi-fi amp, when I turn it on (power) the volume increases and does not stop at a particular level - it just keeps climbing - I turn it lower via the remote, it does go lower - but then just climbs to maximum again... do you have any ideas for me please in terms of how best I can fix this?Thanks a [e-mail]
