Well, that's quite a distance to cover. You could go by train, car or plane.

Train

München Hbf -- leaves Fr, 13.07.07 -- 10:21

Berlin Hbf (tief) -- arrives -- 16:06

Plane

The flight takes about 1 hour 10 minutes,

costs vary, the cheapest offer I've seen were 143 for the round trip, but I don't know if those are still available. You need to contact the airport/airline about free seats and departure times.

Car

distance 585.58 km,

expected duration of drive: 6 hours

Rental prices: Starting at 53 Euros per day, not including gas costs. The gas price is currently around 1,40 Euros per liter.

Alternately, you can try to fetch a trip with the Mitfahrzentrale.

I have no idea how long you intend to stay in Berlin, but if you plan on returning in the evening, I guess that at best you can visit the Gedächtniskirche and "Unter den Linden". Perhaps you can book a ride on a guided city tour that drives you around in a bus and covers all points of general interest, like Museumsinsel, Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor...

But honestly said, such a short trip would be extremly stressy. Just going for a day spontaniously is not worth it. Better chose a target closer by München, like Stuttgart (travel time 2 hours 30 minutes by train, costs49 Euros per way) or Cologne (travel time 4 hours 40 minutes by train, costs 120 Euros per way).

You can buy ICE but in the last day it can be more expensive, like fly tickets... In the best way you can rent a car fore 1 day nearly 40-90 eur....

You should see Brandenburg Tor,and make a small boat trip... And there are lots of museum in berlin.  You should see the Berlin Wall....
