HI!! I GOT A 50 INCH PLASMA SYNC FOR 10 BUCKS, BUT...

well I got it from a guy who worked for the city, surplus. so heck 10 bucks, i dont see any burn in. but the only issue is when u plug it in nothing happens. its a plasma sync 50 inch tv and was for commercial use, worth a chance for a 3 thousand dollar tv, how much u think to fix i heard it may be a powerboard.. its 4 years old..
