HI i am 16 years old and i live in orlando and i wanted to get my belly pierce??

But i KNOW my parents wont approve because they are really religious and they dont believe in any type of body piercings but i really want it done. What should i do?

Just wait until you are 18. My mom wouldn't allow me to get anything pierced either. I got my tongue pierced when I was 15 and it got infected because I had to pull it out every time I had long conversations with her. Surprisingly she never noticed but I was in a lot of pain. I also pierced my lip and just kept the stud off at home. It just never works out!! No matter where the piercing is at. Now I'm 19, live away from home, and have my 2nd hole (ears), and belly pierced, and although my mom doesn't approve of them, she won't give me c**p about it.

BUT... if you really want it...

the way i got my tongue pierced was by a senior I knew at school, he had a couple of tattoos and piercings and he knew of someone that works at a tattoo/piercing shop that would do them at his house to make extra money and it was like going into a real shop! lol

or ask someone who looks old enough to pass as your legal guardian and sign

or borrow someones ID if you look like them and Im pretty sure you'll be fine. (if you can!)

I think you can have someone take you who's 18 or over...i dont think it has to be a parent.

wait until ur 18 duhhhh. and no u cant go get it anyway bcuz u need a parent/guardian to come with you. they'll probably need a birth certificate/parental id to prove thats the real parent.

I did too until I found out when your pregnant the hole streaches out big time.. so then I chose not to.

If your parents wont let you so do not get peircing.

if your under a religion you should respect what should be done.

i dont really think religion has anything to do with it for me, i just think it's tacky... a belly ring can really make a girl look cheap. and be sure, if you do decide you want to do it, that the place is legit because it can easily be infected. but i recommend you dont
