HI i getting a refund which will be sent special delivery but when i check my address it was missing my

house number and just had my road name and my name and post code,do i have to go to the local post office to collect with my id and the email the company sent to refund my money.will they release the parcel thanks

first thing i would do is phone/email the company and tell them.

to collect from a post office, you will have to find your local sorting office or main branch in your area, were all the undelivered parcels/letters go. but i dont think that you will be able to collect from there because you need a collection card. and you would have to take your passport and somethink with your name and address on it.

but a lot of letters are sent out like that, and parcels. i wouldnt worry. most post men will see the name on the letter and post code and put it with your stack.

but get in contact with the refunder.

Special delivery will require a full address so you will get it. the would have put your door number on it. if not they will get it back and then they will have to resend it.

GET the tracking number off of them. It will have one. then you can track it online (from the royal mail site) and find out were it is! and if it goes to a collection point.
