since last sumer you are now not alloud to use laptops on planes due to the parts they have in them sowi

Have you considered asking the airline?  They probably know.

Not during take-off and landing certainly. Possibly in flight but wifi, bluetooth will be prohibited. Check with airline before travelling.

Also note the security issues at British airports - one cabin bag only at many locations and other restricions from time to time

Yes you can use them, even most mobile phones can be used.

If it realy worrys you then phone the airline to find out.

Ive had no problem.

Of course you can use almost any electronic device while in cruise and the seatbelt sign is off. Remember no mobiles and turn off wireless and bluetooth.

You will not be able to charge it on easyjet unfortunately because they are a low cost airline they dont have power ports. Besides with easyjet it is most likely going to be a short flight.
