HOW DO I MAKE MY BLOOD PRESURE BACK TO NORMAL?

    2. stop drinking

    3. follow the "dash" diet

    4. total salt intake should be less than 1g per 24 hrs

    5. exersice 20 mins 4 times a week

    do this for a month if still abnormal see a doctor for medications

    Are you generally a healthy person? If so, get your BP taken again at another stage and you might get a different result. Otherwise, diet and exercise will help long term.
