Hi I have a track meet from 8-3 I am NOT a morning person I need to buy something for super high bounce off the wall energy PLaese answer :

  1. Drink plenty of water & eat pasta the night before. In the morning eat oatmeal. I don't really know why, but my coach always makes sure that there are bananas. Fig newtons help, too.


  2. actually, I think and have heard that caffeine is an illegal substance in most meets. try eating healthy

  3. try eating pasta. Its good for running. try stretching a little before you leave and jog for a while to keep u awake.

  4. DO NOT DRINK SODA. that stuff i poisen to you. Go to bed early.

  5. Drinking Dr. Pepper Usually Does It For Me.
