HIGHER QUALITY MOVIE conversion????

hi, i have a .mov file that is simply horrible in quality...... i was wondering if there is a conversion download FREE that i could convert it into a HIGHER VERSION WITH CLEARER settings....... THANK YOU!!!!

No. Think of it in terms of a .jpg picture. Someone made the picture really small- say, thumbnail size. You blow up the picture to a larger size and save it as that size. It will look terrible. The program you use to blow it up only has the original amount of info to work with. As you make it bigger, the program just copies the same pixel info to the pixels on either side of the original pixel in order to expand the picture.

You'd have to get a better original quality file. The quality all depends on the person that made the file in the first place.
