I have been admitted to one of the MBA schools in spain. Can I apply for a student Visa for Spain from UAE. I am trying to reach the embassy but no one is picking up the phone. Any pointers to the spanish embassy will be helpful. If any one can tell me the procedure for the visa, it wil be great.

Yes, you can. They should be picking up the phone at the embassy. Try going to the spanish embassy website, and check if you have the correct number. If that doesnt work, consider calling the spanish embassy in Kuwait, bahrain, or neighbouring countries, and getting it through them.
