  1. I am not sure what it is but i would go to the doctor if i were u.

  2. "Snapping Hip"

    Causes

Usually painless and harmless, a snapping hip can occur as a muscle or tendon passes over a bony structure. Occurring frequently in dancers, two kinds of snapping hip exist.

    - Lateral snapping hip, the most common form, generally involves movement of the IT Band over the greater trochanter.

    - Anterior snapping hip, usually presents as a more internal kind of snapping, as the iliopsoas tendon passes over a bony prominence on the front of the pelvis or the femur.

  3. It's time to go visit your doctor or a physiotherapist. Get this looked at now, so that it can be fixed before it gets too bad. Why take the chance you'll never dance again, when all you may just need to do some different stretches to alleviate the problem.

  4. You should probably bend at the knees when doing your moves and not at the back since that can cause stress to the backbone and injury over time, maybe hurt your hips too.  Just a tip don't quote me on this

  5. I have the same problem.  Have ever since I can remember.  My doctor told me that it is probably calcium deposits.  I don't drink milk.  I have been taking calcium supplements and trying to make sure that I don't "pop" my hips on purpose (even though after a while it seems like I just have to) and it has been getting better.  I don't know if it really is calcium deposits for you or not, but I hope this is helpful!
