£400 for the "Home Information Pack" is there any where I can get it cheaper. Plus I cannot afford to pay for it at the moment as I am unemployed.

  1. That is expensive. I think the average is around £290-300.

Have a quick search online, or shop around your local area for a better deal.

  2. Thats about normal price!

  3. The 'trade' price for these things is about £250 -£280, agents then add their commission on top.

You can do a search and find a company on line that will do it for this sort of figure.

Most agents offer a deferred payment option, usually costing about £50 more it allows you to pay on sale or in 6-10 months.

  4. we charge £275.00 where are you?

  5. you can pay up to £500 but some estate agents are offering it free as an incentive to go with them. shop around a bit.

  6. Check around, you don't have to have the agents pack, my friend did hers on line.
