workload has increased, most have added more degrees and trainings too but still post graduate degree holders in psychology and social work is working for less than half of peon and sweeper will draw after implementation of sixth pay commision, there salay is still less than the sweeper and peon in same hospital,

it is really tough for us to survive,

govt. ask for written test, we agreed.

govt. ask for performance based salary, regular assesment, we agreed, and score good in all the parameters,

but. no reward.

  2. Indian development and growth is lop sided. The Govt. have no vision for the future , no list of priority sector(s), no basic needs of the poor or lower middle class are taken care of by the leaders who run the affairs of this country .

Regarding performance based rise to higher position or any sort of incentive is far cry in this country. India , in many respects is very primitive ......creation of "Vote Bank " is the basic priority of most Govts. since the early days .....the Constitution is highly defective ......needs to be over hauled ......But, no one will do it. The vote bank has to be maintained and enlarged further .......over all development and growth are not on top of the list of the people who run this country.

It's a tragedy. There's no immediate solution in sight . ........neither is there any Party or Person worth his salt to be a called a leader of the people to raise the voice to stop stupid and out dated mode of development and progress which in reality means " benefit to a few privileged ones".
