HIV/AIDS in India. what can we expect from NACP-3 of NACO ?

we are the counsellors and lab technicians working in this project since may 2000 and deployed in diffrent hospitals and medical resarch centres.

even after working 7 and a half years we get monthly salary of Rs.7500 and our qualification for the post was and is post graduate in psychology or social work with relevant experience in the field of hiv/aids.

this is less than what the sweeper who mop our floor daily draws.

As Councellors and if you are unbiased you probably could make much more if you are Gender unbiased working towards family harmony and against them is use of gender biased laws. There is an NGO in Chennai that could help!!
