Today i read a news "Delhi govt. is going regularize it"s contractual language teachers"

there are other professionals too who are fighting for same regularization of jobs from past many years,

every time they are told Group-B & Group-C post can"t be regularized.

Govt. ask us to appear for National performance assesment test, held in january at all india level.

we the counsellors and lab-technicians working in National AIDS Control Programme of govt appeared in that as per instruction.

we were told that desirable score is 75/100.

most of us did score above 75.

then they told they will asses on some other parameters too, we agreed on all.

but no response after that, can someone please tell me.

how can delhi govt. regularize contractual language teachers ?

can we also get same benifit ?

  1. If you desire meaningful answers on Yahoo, you need to

    (a) figure out what question you are trying to ask

    (b) have the content of the question and the subject heading in sync with each other

    (c) place the question in a category that is relevant.

You put it in Civil Participation.

Maybe it belongs under Employment Contracts withing Business

Maybe it belongs under Teaching withing Education

Maybe it belongs in the Health section

By putting it in relevant section, you connect to people who are interested and informed about the topic,

It sounds to me like you work in HIV/AIDS counseling and are objecting to the growing practice of governments demanding accountability in the performance of the work force, sometimes using methods that are counter-productive to the end goals.

You don't have many effectkive choices.

Suppose the profession was to call a general strike.

That would harm the people you are pledged to serve.

The best answer seems to me to get involved in the political process that decides to do these things, and get involved in the educational lobbies and testing that figures out what is the most effective course of action to meet whatever the political goals are.

It could be that this is an effort by one political party to sabotage your profession, and so what you need to do is support the opposition political party.

  2. what does that have to do with AIDS/HIV
