Is it fair when someone with HIV+ didn't tell the employer about their health history when they apply the job? especially if the job they apply is a Food related job?...

  1. If it directly affects their job, then it must be told to the employer


  2. No, it isn't fair since an injury or other issue can come up where a person's health history should be noted.

    If a person had the flu and was coughing and sneezing, would you want them to be your waiter/waitress in a restaurant serving you? I don't think so.
