HOLLiSTER EMPLOYEE'S OR PAST EMPLOYEE'S COME HERE?

I was trained today what to do on the cash register at Hollister and I have everything down, but I dont know how the whole return policy thing works. Like when a customer comes in and wants to return/exchange an item. Can anyone tell me step by step how the rountine works. Plz & thank u!

OMG i worked there nd i hated it.   The managers become complete a******s.  The first week is fine then its like retarded.  Trust me.  Buy a bunch of **** with the discount nd get the **** outa there lol.
