  1. does the compressor kicks on when you turn on tlhe ac switch? if not the first thing to do is to check ac pressure and and make sure it is adequately charged. if there is no charge. The first thing to do is to check for leaks first before charging so you dont waste money. after that charge it and see if it cools. if not you might want to check for control timer modules and temperature control sensors. and possible open in the wiring sytem. also make sure the coil on the compressor and the compressor itself are operating.

  2. may have a leak in the a/c lines,  o rings are often responsible.  you can take it into a shop to have them add a dye so they can spot leaks if any

  3. your a/c works on a gas situated between your motor and your radiator  what it does is it cools the air so if you had the car for long or you have been using your condition allot lately you might as well change the gas cartilage

  4. hahahaha!  change the gas cartilage??  thats a classic!!

there really isn't much you can do on an aircon at home unless its an electrical problem.  you need the proper gear just to check the system pressures, so even if you find the problem you'll have to take it to a mechanic anyway.

  5. needs to be recharged

  6. You really need more info. What year? V6? Is the clutch on the compressor getting 14V and if so is the clutch engaging. E-mail me

  7. have your a c system checked, it may need to be recharged
