HONESTLY which coach has the best

Question

style to motivate a team? Everyone has a favorite team but please only say your team's coach if you truly think so...most thunbs up will have some bearung on the 10 pts too.

Ozzy Guillen, when he goes off his team responds by going on winning streaks. That's my guy. But the other managers I respect are Socia, Gardenhire, Pinella, Torre, LaRussa.

My all time favorite manager was Earl Weaver.

Joe Torre after all he put up with the (BOSS) for years. Plus he is a nice man.

Im an Indians fan and i think that eric wedge is a decent motivator. But, i gotta say that Ozzie Guillen is by far the greatest today. He always finds a way to get the White Sox fired up if they are on a losing streak or arent performing to their potential.

Ron Gardenhire. Always keeps his team competitive, regardless of how many quality players he looses (this year, he is without Santana and Hunter).

Ron Gardenhire...just getting thrown from a game motivates the Twins (down 4-3...after getting thrown out minnesota scores 7 runs and wins 10-6)...and since Minnesota is the best clutch Team (just look at the +7 inning stats) you would have to think Gardy is doin something

I hate the Braves and Bobby Cox but he always finds a way to do something with nothing.Every year he has some stars but has a way to get no name or washed up player motivated and into the playoffs.If you look at the Braves team every year there are a ton of no names and he gets it done.The Braves have never had a good closer except for the one year Smoltz filled in.When they won the world series he had 6 players that no other team would probably never even play.like LEMKIE? Remember when Tetleton won the MVP on the Braves.He was just an average guy everywere else.
