I'm not sure if there are any bands in Hong Kong that is all Filipino but I have heard of one band that had a Filipino vocalist. You might search around in Wan Chai and Central, which has a lot of clubs with live entertainment and some have a sing along portion as well. Especially in Central, there's a restaurant bar named Bisdak or something like that where the food is a combination of Filipino and other cuisine.

There are lots of bars in Hong Kong and I am sure at least one Filipino band plays in one of them.
