Question:

HORRIBLE pressure in uterus after work out?

Every day I try to take a 30-40 minute walk for exercise. The past two days I have felt HORRIBLE pressure in my lower uterus about 20 minutes in. Tonight I had to wobble back to the house it hurt so bad, somewhere between the feelings of gas and menstrual cramps. Also, my stomach feels much harder than usual. Is this normal when exercising?

  1. I suggest that you seek immediate medical attention of hospital.

If you have a fever, call an ambulance.

  2. You might be having braxton hicks contractions, but maybe thats too much exercise

  3. I would bring it up to your doctor. Talk to them and see what they think and whether you should go in for a check up. Some days I only walk 5 feet out the door and have severe pain in the same area, other days I can walk a mile before pain strikes. I would suggest maybe taking it a smidge easier until you talk to your doctor or a nurse in your doctor's office.

  4. um, r u pregnant? beacause you might not want to work out when its due in 2 months.

    congrats, by the way.
