what kind of weight in grams would you say a heavyweight was?

and what about a medium weight?

A lightweight has no filling yeh?

  1. Heavyweight: 300g to 500g

    Middleweight: 200g - 300g

    Lightweight: any filling to 200g

    Anything without a filling is a sheet (summer sheet, rain sheet etc.)
