HOT HAM AND CHEESE??

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT PROPERLY

I.E. OVEN TEMP AND HOW LONG

You don't need to use your oven, use a skillet and make a grilled cheese sandwich but add ham. If you want to use your oven, place the two slices of bread side by side on a baking sheet, put the ham on top of one slice and the cheese on top of the other. Broil on high until the cheese is melted. Squish the two side together and voila.

Butter one side of bread and place it face down in a skillet on top of stove, butter the other side. Add cheese and ham and top with second slice of cheese. Butter side of second slice of bread on outside of sandwich. Turn burner on to medium, grill one side, flip and grill other side.

Just like a grilled cheese except ham is added. Butter on one side of 2 pieces of bread and add the cheese and ham and put it in a pan and look at it once in a while when its burn flip it and the same thing and the other side.

Try:

Pizza sandwiches.

Do the butter thing with bred but instead use pizza sauce and mozzarella and mini pepperonis and your in for a delicious snack.

P.S. I use a geirge forman grill it tastes as good if not better.

Toast two slices of bread, slather with butter and put in fryin pan.

Right along side the bread, lay the ham and fry it till hot.

Put the cheese on the hot bread, pop the hot ham on top of the cheese an get ready to chow down!

ive always had it grilled....like grilled cheese, but with ham in it.  except for in elementary school--i remember it was like just a regular ham and cheese sandwich but on a hamburger bun and the cheese was melted.  i think the ham was supposed to be hot, but it never was by the time i was seated. ha.

stick it in the oven and try it out....350 ish?  not too hot though, or the bread/bun will crisp up before the meat and cheese get warm.
