HOW ABOUT these Thunderstorms??!!!?

With each thunderstorm in my area, I am repeatedly amazed at the beauty of nature.

Tonight's serenade was no different! As I stand outside in amazement of the majestic beauty of this all, I see an almost pitch black skyline to my east as a dropback to the sunlight that has broken through the west horizon's cloud-front.

This all colored with the bright hues of orange-to-red that are ellipsing immediately overhead shine with a majesty like no artist can paint!

*ENCORE! - ENCORE! - ENCORE! Bring on more earth-nourishing rainfall! Aim again for my yard in the drought-stricken Texas panhandle! - Thanks! :-)

I like to stand outside during a big storm and let the rain and wind pound against me.  It really brings home the idea of God's power and how awesome He is.  Of course I go inside if the storm gets a little too energetic.  But just to feel that kind of power.  

What I like is when it's dark and the storm is passed, you can see the big storm clouds far away against the stars, occaisionally light up from the lighting in the distance.
