thats my goal... please give me helpful advice in the steps i should take to achieve it... i need the money for college

i have no experience... but i am willing start of at a worse resturant

now how does applying work?

do most resturants have applications? or do u hand in a resume?

if no help wanted or now hiring sign is up does that mean they are not hiring? does that mean my application or resume is going straight to the trash?

how does everyting work?
