HOW CAN CPS ORDER YOUR CHILD TO LEAVE WITHOUT A COURT ORDER?

MY DAUGHTER IS 17 AND EXPECTING A BABY IN OCTOBER. HER BOYFRIENDS MOTHER CALLED CPS AND MADE ACCUSATIONS ABOUT THE HOME THAT WERE NOT TRUE. CPS HAD BEEN OUT HERE 3 TIMES AND FOUND NO FINDINGS OTHER THEN IT WAS A STRESSFUL HOME. ALMOST EVERYONE IS A TIME OR ANOTHER, ANYWAY HE TOLD MY DAUGHTER SHE HAD NO CHOICE SHE NEED TO LEAVE OR CPS WOULD TAKE HER BABY WHEN BORN. THEY FOUND NOTHING TO BACKUP THE LIES AND REMOVED HER WITHOUT A COURT ORDER AND WITHOUT FOLLOWING CPS PROCEDURE. NOW YOU TELL ME . THE WORKER IS REALLY GOOD FRIENDS WITH COMPLAINER HE EVEN BROUGHT THE LAW FOR HER.MIND YOU THIS WORKER ALSO TOOK MY SISTERS CHILDREN PLACED THEM IN A FOSTER HOME AND THEY WERE ABUSED PHYSICALLY,MENTALLY ,EMOTIONALLY ALL THEIR LIFE DUE TO HIM. HE TOLD MY DAUGHTER SHE HAD TO MOVE IN WITH HER BOYFRIENDS MOTHER WHOM DOES NOT CLEAN HER HOME NOR WORK. NOW HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO A FAMILY BECAUSE OF ACCUSATION'S MADE AND NO FINDINGS TO BACK THEM UP.I DO NOT KNOW HOW MICHIGAN CAN DO SUCH A THING. I NOTIFIED MY ATTORNEY OF THE SITUATION AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR HIM TO DO THAT WITHOUT A COURT ORDER.NOT KNOWING THIS AT THE TIME SHE LEFT DUE TO BEING FORCED TO LEAVE BY OUR LOCAL SHERIFFS OFFICE. AND LOCAL CPS SYSTEM. WHERE DO I GO NOW ? I HAVE NO IDEA DO YOU ?

Obviously there is more to the story and a lot being left out...   See a family court attorney and I also recommend your daughter using a child advocate

i think your only option is your lawyer.  i do believe that in most states they can remove the child without a court order under certain circumstances, such as something that is an eminent danger to the child.  they do have  a tough job, and i think they royally s***w it up from time to time.  you admit to a stressful home, destess it fast, make sure it is a suitable environment, do things that show there is an effort, clean it if it's dirty, anything that will help show it's a good environment.   don't have shady people in and out, have regular meal times, play the parent in the t.v commercial where everything is on the up and up all the time, and why you're at it, don't play it, just do it, who needs all that stress anyway?

Of course CPS can remove a child, they get a complaint, they follow up and they remove children based on their discretion.  There will be a court case to follow.  I can't answer your question anymore specifically bc you didn't tell me the accusations, etc.
