DURING THE PREPARATION OF CYSTEINE SOLUTION FOR SYNTHESIZING THE OTHER MATERIALS FROM IT , I MET THE PROBLEM OF IT'S OXIDATION TO CYSTINE THAT IS INSOLUBLE.

You can try adding an antioxidant to prevent the undesired oxidation from occuring. I know that Sigma-Aldrich sells such reagents specifically for this purpose.
