  1. Meditate daily for 15 minutes in silence and watch your breath

    Sure you will be have peace & be able to controle your emotions


  2. well I'm terrible at controlling mine and give those closest to me a rough time with reacting to stuff in an over the top way. I feel bad after so I say sorry and though I can see the look of weariness on the face of my partner, I keep trying even though he might give up on me and leave. Its terrible because when I lose it I think I'm right!!!! count to ten, bite your lip, think twice....dosent work....you need to ind someone who wont hold it against you and wont give up. Most important of all never give up on yourself.

    It is all about the moment, you have to try and control your emotions at that moment when you get very angry. One best thing is Leave that place if possible or just think of some song detach yourself form the conversation till the other person is speaking, don't worry if you don't listen to what he or she says. just do everything to conquer that moment. once it has passed, you will still feel angry but you can be proactive than being reactive. i am trying this method and trust me it works. try this for sometime, good luck. Please meditate, it helps to a very large extent.
