HOW CAN I BYPASS VACUUM LINES ON CARB FOR SMOG?

I HAVE A 1979 MONTE CARLO 231 ENGINE WITH A 2BBL CARBURETOR. WHAT LINES CAN I PLUG TO BYPASS SMOG.IT IS FOR A OFF ROAD PROJECT.

Why is it the first thing you want do is unplug something?...You don't get power by unplugging some thing....You can get power by adding somethings depending how much $$$ you have maybe you are thinking of unplugging E G R  valve or air pump both of those devices will not make a difference if unplugged... and if you unplug the vacuum advance you will loose power. My advice is add a Super Charger to it Now you are talking Power.
