  1. start/run/ type ipconfig

type number from default gateway into explorer window ex 10.1.1.1

status window of router will give you information

  2. WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING? Is your CAPS LOCK key broken? Obviously, using all caps says a lot about your intelligence. Anyway, to answer the question, open a DOS window and at the prompt, enter "IPCONFIG /ALL | MORE" without the quotation marks, and press the ENTER key and you will see several screens of information. ALL of the information you ask for will be on one of these screens. Have a pencil and paper handy... Or you could simply open up the HELP system and find out how to do this yourself...

  3. If you're connected into a router the PS3 should know your IP address and all the info it needs, just depends on what you're pluggin the ethernet cable into

  4. You don't have to find out. just set up your router to DCHP and it will automatically assign an IP to your PS3

    ;)

  5. Start > Run > type in CMD > Type in Ipconfig /all > voila

  6. on the bottom right corner of our screen, (system tray) .. look for 2 blinking computer monitors. double click it. go to support tab.. click details.. it'll give you what you're looking for..

  7. Your ps3 should have an option to automatically detect and get this information(might be referred to as DHCP on your ps3).
