HOW CAN I GAIN A LITTLE WEIGHT IN 1 WEEK ??? (serious question)?

Yes i know its a weird question because people usually ask how can i lose weight... I need to gain some weight im 16 6'0 tall and male and im 135 pounds yes skinny i wanna be like 145 can anyone help me like what can i eat tht will make me gain weight easily?

  1. seriously listen to me when  say this ok. your best bet is gaining "mass" ie muscle will give you much more weight gain than fat, and you will look good for it. i have a friend at my gym who tried to do the say thing and ended up putting weight on in all the wrong places e.g his chin, belly, and man b***s. to equally gain weight is a hard task as you can not control were you body stores the added weight (fat). So you are better building your muscles

    if you choose not to take this advise and still put on fat weight over muscle weight i will tell you how:

    its a simple equation. at your weight and height im guessing you have a fast metabolism and your BFI is around 10% you need to eat more calories than you consume in a day, doing this allows your body more calories than it need so will turn the extra calories in to fat, i would recommend buying a "weight gainer" supplement (yes that is what is wrote on the tube) from your local food store it will help you get the extra calories you need.

    but as i said before if you weight train with a high calorie diet you extra calories will go towards repairing your muscle which will intern grow and increase your weight.

  2. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

    weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

    place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a

    day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and

    hair as well.


  3. eat lots and lots of Potato Chips... Works for me... oh! you might wanna eat some snickers aswell...

  4. Why would you want to gain any? Just eat a lot lol.
