HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT ME PHONE FOR ATT CUSTOMERS ONLY??

I SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AFTER THAT TO GET ANOTHER PHONE PLEASE HELP I HAVE INSURANCE!!!

My brother worked for att for a few years, what you do is dial #611 on your cell, or go to the att store (i'm pretty sure #611 is free, minutes or no minutes), and go thru the options they give you, and talk to someone about getting a replacement phone from the insurance, you'll pay a little money (maybe $30 or so) But you ARE entitled a replacement!

    BUT, if you bought a PDA phone (blackberry, Pantech duo, etc.), you'll have to contact the insurance company themself, as att doesn't insure anything over $200 or so.

    You may even get a better model than the one you have

  3. ok if u had att plan before and ur account was suspende for some reason all u got to do is call att and ask them y do they have suspend your account and if they suspend your account bcz of payment late or some thing like that just make payment arrangement with them and they will start ur service again and u can request other phone if u have any insurance on ur plan just tell them ur phone is not working it has some problem or ur phone has been losted they will let u know what to do
