Looks like something I use.

Chanel Quadra Four Color EyeShadow Palette.

They are very nice colors and come out in a sheer, shiny way like that.

We'll, I have white eyeshadow that I got from the brand Maybelline makeup brand it when applied, it looks very simular to that. You half to smear it in well, thought. Silver might also be a good color.

-use a good fake tan all over your face / neck, or a tinted moisturiser.

-pencil in the gaps in your eyebrows.

-put creme eyeshadow up the eyebrow, sweeping your finger upwards to do it.

-put white eyeliner on your top lid + blend it in.

-put black eyeliner on your bottom lid.

-put on plenty of mascara.

-paint your lips a pale pink, or use some of your usual concealor mixed with plain lipgloss/balm. (:
