i fractured my wrist in july like the first week and was on a sling for a week and after that a cast for 4 additional weeks then on august 10th i had it removed .... doctor said it was 85 % healed and i just needed to flex it and strectch it out and itll be fine... and at first i couldnt really do much now i can do most things but i still cant play basketball and i need to start playing because my school team is going to start and my league that i planned on going is about to begin in october and i havent had any exercise since july.... so just wondering ANY ADVISE HOW CAN I GET MY WRIST BACK TO NORMAL FULLLLY 100 % HEAL..... DO I JUST LEAVE IT AS IT IS AND LET TIME DO ITS THING OR IS THERE ANY WRIST EXERICE I CAN DO ...
