HOW CAN I GET rid off fat fast in the gym?

i go the gym 3 to 4 times a week and i was wondering what machine can get rid of my fat fast.

see i am training my muscles but i like to see my muscles when i am training and my biceps are big but not cut because off my fat

like here i am putting lots of work into weights and cv training and its not paying off because you cant see it because off my fat that covers my muscles

does anyone have an answer

  1. Use the treadmill


  2. Use the tread mill but walk at a low speed for 1min,then up the speed and run for anouther min,then lower the speed and walk again,if you complete this routine throughout you are tricking your body which will result in losing the body fat faster and therefore faster weight loss.

  3. go in the morning before you eat breakfast you burn calories at night and in the morning your sugar and calories are low so thats when your body looks for a different fuel FAT

  4. Bad news!  Gym work won't get rid of fat!  Only careful dieting will do that but in the meantime, carry on with the work - the good, strong muscles will begin to show through when you get a proper balance of nutrition and exercise.  Just think, you could diet and get a body like a strand of cooked spaghetti, or exercise and still look like the Michelin Man - do both and then look and feel wonderful!
