HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT FAST?!?

...don't be rude.

I know, excersize...

But, what are some foods that i should snack on to help me (I KNOW, FRUIT).

Is there any tricks?

  1. Mmm. No tricks. Try eating chicken and fish (try laying off the red meats) Fruit, Veggies, (my sister hasnt tried chocolate in like..6 months and she lost 20 pounds in like a week!!) Try to stop eating chocolate(if you do eat it) and just eat healthy. My doctor told me to not go on the computer too long because you gain weight like that.

  2. vegan diet, move all day, walk all day even if its just around town,. doing the shopping. it will stop you eating and sitting down.  

  3. jumping rope and swimming are good exercises

    try 100 calorie packs and celery


  4. eat really slow. drink after you finish your meal. eat small portions, but a bunch of times in a day.

    i hoped i helped. starving is amateur, huh?
