  1. there is 2 main things in loosing wight. Exersize and your eating. for your exersize you want to be active, go for a swim, go for a run/jog with friends, ride your bike. You want to do that for at least 1 hour a day.  When eating there is a few things you want to be aware of, the first thing is that you do not want to starve yourself. If u do not eat for more then 10 hours your body will start to gain fat and make u look pudgy. u want to eat at the leat 3 meals a day at the least. try the generol motors wieght loss diet program. it is free and works!                                                                                                                                                                                                              Hope it helps,    Cameron


  2. Don't do the lemon-aid diet. You metabolism will be so messed up that when you actually eat again double the weight you lost will come back on.

    Eat vegetables and exercise your butt off, especially cardio. Try to work off what you eat and remember that its impossible to lose more than 4 pounds of fat a week, anything more than that will be water weight or muscle. (it wont stay off if its not fat)  

  3. There is this lemon aid diet. Trust me, it's really gross but it is worth it. Google lemon aid diet.
