HEY WATS UP IM NETTE AND IM 18 YRS OLD IVE BEEN LEARNING HOW TO CROCHET BUT IT SEEMS I CANT DO A PERFECT SQUARE EVERY TIME I TRY IT COMES OUT ALL WEIRD CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHOW ME HOW ....THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING

  2. Part of creating a square is practice, practice, practice.  Another thing for you to do is once you get pretty good at crocheting and have something close to the shape you want is to block it so it will retain that shape.  

    Blocking means pinning your piece of work out in the shape and measurements you want it to hold.  Then using water or a water mixture or steam to wet the piece.  Once it's dry you can unpin it.  Just read your yarn package to see if they have a preferred method for blocking as some methods are not recommended for some types of yarn.

  3. count the stitches and keep the same tension on each stitch
