HOW CAN I MAKE UP THE WORK TO GET PUT IN MY RIGHT GRADE {8TH GRADE}?

You probably need to talk to your school administration.

Ask to make an appointment with a guidance counselor or the principal or somebody who's in charge of these things.  If they have specific guidelines, they can tell you, or if it's on a case-by-case basis, ask if you can set up a conference with your teachers or something to discuss what you'd need to do (work, projects, tests, whatever.)

If they flat-out won't let you do it, you're stuck.  But if they have guidelines or they do this case-by-case, you may be able to make up the work or, as a compromise, take some 8th-grade classes while you're still in 7th grade.
