As far as i know, you can't. The only thing you can do is passcode your entire ipod touch.

no, no way of putting a passcode only for videos.The most you can do is to just delete the videos from your ipod and nothing else.I ve jailbreaked it but the only app i found was that it kept all the videos you wanted to lock behind the calculator and so they were some what hidden
