  1. what helps my curly hair is leaving conditioner in for like 5-7 minutes. it keeps it really healthy and soft and bouncy. if you want more volume you can scrunch your hair when its wet to make it more curly. sometimes i have to do that. cutting it might help too, you might have some dead ends. but try the conditioner trick. i use garnier fructise sleek and shine. it helps me out. =)

  2. You a good shampoo and conditioner with moisturizers. Stay away from blow dryers. Also, use a leave in conditioner. You would be amazed on how well it does. I have noticed that showering with colder water keeps your hair in better condition.

  3. Use a hydrating shampoo, a brand you trust. Same line conditioner. If it's realy bad deep condition your hair a few times a week. If you want to add volume you could always use mousse, though I don't recommend it, mousse can just mess your hair all up if used too much.
