You should go to a doctor, but you can make a pretty good estimate by how much s***n comes out at each o****m.

You can't.  You need to have a doctor or a lab check out your ejaculate to see what your sperm count is like.  Basically, in order to do that, you go to a doctor's office or a clinic and masturbrate into a glass container that they take and view through a microscope.  Why do you think your sperm count maybe low?

You first question you ask if I could be pregnant. If you think you might be PG you have no sperm to count. So which is it?

a urologist...they will take a sample and put it under a micro scope.  they look at not just quantity, but motility (how they move) and viability (are they formed correctly)  any of the above can make it harder to get pregnant.  the only time this should be a concern is if you can't get pregnant.  otherwise, why worry about a problem that hasnt happened?
