Hi there

Right click on the picture and in the pull down menu click on Open link. Some times it takes you to the web site , but NOT every time, depends if you have the picture saved into your computer or not, if you have it saved in your computer it will not work.

There is no way to tell unless something was put into the picture's properties. Right click on the picture and look in properties.
