HOW CAN i SEND A MESSAGE TO SOMEONE ON A NORWEGIAN CRUISE SHIP?

Not an emerg. just to say hello is there a way to get a message to a state room?

Best option is to send an email- They have Internet Cafes for a small charge- You can also call NCL and get the Land to Sea phone Number but that is about $9 per minute- If your passenger friend has a cell phone all the NCl ships have cell sies so your friend should have good reception.  Depending on where the ship is traveling the islands also have reception-  Exaple- St. Thomas, Puerto Rico-or anywhere on the Hawaiian islands-  Good Luck!
