  1. If it is vinyl wallpaper, it can be cleaned with TSP (Trisodiumphosphate).  You can buy this at a paint and wall paper store.  If you want to use a household cleaner, Mr. Clean or Fantastic will work as well.  If it is not vinyl wallpaper, there is not much you can do to clean it.
