I do not have any instructions to convert our Bassett sleigh crib into a double bed.  Help!

We bought the crib at the baby's birth. We bought the siderails a year later, and now we're ready to make it a double bed. The siderails came out of the box without hardware or instructions. It appears that there needs to be slots for the hooks to go in that are on the siderails, however the existing crib does not show where these should go.
