HOW DO I GET BETTER @ TUMBLING? ?

im a j.h. cheerleader im great @ cheering but i need help tumbing(i take gymnastics)

  1. Well its always good to practice.. It depends what your working on. If you want to improve your handsprings then do snap downs on the wall. And shoulder shrugs. If your working standing tucks then work on your sets and height. use a tramp. If you just want to make your tumbeling better then just practice a lot. If you want to stop opening your legs in a handspring then put something between your legs like a pillow or a peice of foam from a foam pit. or you can put a strap around them or tape your ankles together. You can video tape your self and see what you do wrong so you can think about it and make it better. There are a lot of things you can do. I been doing gymnastics for oveer 13 years and i learned that what ever i do its practice that will make me better. When you first learn a move, your obviously not going to be able to do it perfect. Most likley its your form that is probably making you no do you best. Hope your tumbeling gets better!! && hope i helped
