HOW DO I GET RID OF BOOT VIRUS ON WIN XP

i have reformatted pc twice back to factory settings and it not work is there any boot sector scanner or bios scanner i can download im scanning my boot disks now for viruses and there is none as i just finished scanning them what could be wrong i mean i cant open the programs tab on start menu i cant acces some documents please help :<

Have you used an antivirus software to scan for viruses? make sure you scan everything, It could be possible that you might have gotten infected by the SirCam virus.
