  1. What kind of spots are they? Are they brown spots? Are they pimples? It's wierd that a doctor would say that they can't do anything about it. You should try going to a Dermatologist, these are doctors that specialize in skin care. My 14 year old brother had big brown spots on his face and it was ruining his self esteem. We all thought that he was too young to have brown spots, but it turns out that he wasn't protecting his skin enough from the damaging sun. You should always put a moisterizing lotion on with sunblock before you go outside. ATLEAST you'll prevent further damage. But yeah, you can't tell for sure until you see a dermatologist. Goodluck sweety.

  2. Drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water. At least 2 litres a day - it may be simple but it really helps.

  3. Hi hun,

Basically try to go to boots and speak to the chemist lady, I would recommend Simple range its so good,

    but also do the following

drink water 6-8 cups a day

eat as much fruit and veg as poss

    avoid junk food

  4. You're actually doing all the wrong things - you're irritating them.

What you must break away from is the mentality of believing it's all down to hygiene. Its NOT! Acne forms due to raging hormones and sensitive skin.

I used to have it - not look at my skin in my display pic... clean as whistle. How? Simple - just leave your skin alone, wash it with NATURAL soap, and don't put any chemicals on it. Don't pick them/squeeze them either.

  5. Why Do You Put A Capital Letter Before Each Word.......

Havent You Learnt Anything At School......

    No Wounder You Have Spots!!!

  6. yeah if u pretty much leave them alone. my skin dries out as well but what i find works well is if u put sudocrem on them before u go to bed in the morning ur skin always looks fresh nd helps reduce spots slowly. not that u'll get rid of them totally but it helps

  7. Hey I use a spot cream called Freederm, it's about £9 - £10 in Boots or any pharmacies it helps me a lot, it just speeds up the development of a spot so you can get rid of it quicker. It will make the spots more red or it will have a head the next day but this just means it will be gone a few days if you keep applying the cream. It's made for 'mild to moderate inflamed acne pimples and spots'. Hope it helps you! If it doesn't seek a professional dermatologist where they will give you advice and medicine to take or they might even suggest getting surgery done.

  8. buy the book 'The acne cure' it worked for my friends acne now she has very good skin and always get compliments for It,you can find the book on amazon.com or .co.uk for around £0.31 really cheap so i would hurry on it and buy one =]

  9. use the product called pro-activ, it works really well.

( you can only order it. )

pro-activ is a really good product.

it comes with a whole kit, and you do them all each night and it helps alot.

it comes with a face mask, for guys and girls.

a blemish remover, a lotion for when you go to sleep that you leave on, a renewing cleanser, a toner, and more.

and if that doesnt work, then simply just use soap, and stop using products.

  10. get cotton wool and hot water and tcp. put a few drops of tcp in the hot water and then dab the cotton wool in it. then dab the cotton wool on the spots. it worked for me.
