HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS??....help?

ive had the flu all week and because ive been blowing my nose so much, its gone red, dry and flakey..how do i get rid of it?

I keep appplying my Vitamin E moisturiser, but its not working

Well, put a little moisterizing lotion on it (I use Aveeno, but anything else should work fine, too).  I would take Benadryl or something to get the redness to go away, but careful, it makes you drowsy!

1] apply plain old vitamin E oil, from a capsule [ poke it with a pin ].

2] or use vaseline

3] both should be applied periodically throughout the day, and at night before bed

4] blow nose with baby wipes, instead of tissue - less painful, and soothes sore nose!

try putting on petroleum jelly around the house

it's kind of gross but it works
